Overwhelming feelings and brain fog can inhibit our ability to think clearly and make good decisions. Taking time off, getting massages, exercising, and engaging in empowering social interactions can help, but it’s also essential to know ourselves on a deeper level.

What subconscious programming might be holding us back?

Asking quality questions about ourselves and our businesses is critical, but it’s even more critical to integrate this knowledge with who we are on a subconscious level.

Just as you can ask all the questions you want about a car, but you won’t know how it drives until you take it for a test drive, understanding our internal world and taking it for a test drive is also essential for success.

I’ve seen amazing results when working with business owners to increase their productivity, energy levels, output, and focus by helping them develop a solid, empowered internal platform from which to work from.

Competitive advantage relies as much on the knowledge of our internal realm as it does on outworking and outlearning others when it comes to our businesses.
