Why group learning?

Effective Circular Training: Circular training involves a series of stations or activities where participants rotate through different exercises. With 7 to 16 children, you can set up a variety of stations that cater to different fitness levels and interests. This allows each child to engage in a well-rounded workout while minimizing the wait time at each station.

Individual Attention: With a smaller group size, you as the trainer can provide more personalized guidance and corrections to each child. You’ll have a better opportunity to observe their form, technique, and progress, and provide immediate feedback. This personalized attention helps prevent injuries, ensures proper exercise execution, and enhances the overall training experience.

Engagement and Social Interaction: A smaller group size encourages better social interaction among children. They can get to know their peers better, provide encouragement, and develop a sense of camaraderie. Aiden Lottering

Aiden has been working with children with a variety of cultural backgrounds for the past 15 years. He was a councellor at a remedial school, trained the children in PPA and also actively still teaches children the art of Kung Fu. He has hosted numerous workshops with the aim of providing a new paradigm for the well-being of children. He is also the researcher and developer of the PPA program

Sipho Sibeko

Sipho has extensive experience with practical implications of the challenges of the modern world. He has a Clinical Psychology degree and his specialization was with cognition and child development. His Senior executive and Director role in the Private Equity realm has given him the skills needed to run and facilitate an effective and efficient program such as PPA with ease. He is also a trained first responder/first aid officer.
