A guided visualization session that will assist with better sleeping patterns and more importantly, better rest while asleep.

Can be used by anyone who is struggling to sleep and want some assistance from the subconscious mind.

Instructions:

  • Headphones are recommended for optimal efficacy
  • Work through the whole process without interruptions
  • Assume a comfortable position whilst listening to the guided visualization
  • Use this in bed or the place where you would like to sleep
  • Use directly after a training session
  • Incorporate the session for 7 successive days and then as needed
