Here is a 15 min guided process to assist you with incorporating your subconscious into the recovery process, as you well know, the mind influences the body.
Instructions:
- Headphones are recommended for optimal efficacy
- Work through the whole process without interruptions
- Assume a comfortable position whilst listening to the guided visualization
- Keeping your eyes closed is recommended to minimize visual distractions and to allow the mind to focus on the process
- Use directly after a training session
- Incorporate the session at least twice a week
